This role sits within our TikTok Germany Global Business Solutions team, responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts, and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, business development and support.
The Client Solutions Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors (account managers) to ensure flawless campaign execution, deliver against revenue goals and upsell. The role will also build and manage strategic client relationships to grow our partnership with Finance, Government & NGO clients in the DACH region. It will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including other sales leaders, product, measurement, creative and solutions engineering—to advocate for client needs, influence product development and contribute to building a world‑class team culture.
The ideal candidate operates autonomously, is customer‑obsessed, influences clients and coordinates internal stakeholders. Success requires strong management skills, client service focus, problem solving, analytical skills, a fast‑paced work environment, and the ability to support the development of custom solutions for advertisers.
