About the TeamThis role sits within our TikTok Germany Global Business Solutions team, which is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, business development and support. The Client Solutions Team Lead is will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors (account managers) to ensure flawless campaign execution and deliver and upsell against revenue goals. The role will also build and manage strategic client relationships to grow our partnership with Finance, Government & NGO clients in the DACH region. This role will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, including other sales leaders, product, measurement, creative and solutions engineering to advocate for client needs in order to influence product development and contribute to building a world class team and culture. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate autonomously, is customer obsessed and able to influence clients and coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong management skills, a keen focus on client service, strong problem solving and analytical skills, the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment and the ability to support in the development of our custom solutions for advertisers.
