At Circus, we’re redefining food with autonomous kitchens powered by robotics and AI. From culinary creation to production and operations, everything runs on seamlessly integrated automation. We’re rolling out our robotic kitchen systems across Germany, together with some of the country’s leading partners in retail and food. To make it happen, we’re building a hands‑on team of Deployment & Operations Managers to lead site launches and drive local execution. About The Role

As Client Success Manager – Food Robotics Operations, you are responsible for operating and maintaining our robotic food production units directly at customer sites — ensuring daily readiness, seamless operation, and reliable system performance. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on operational success delivery, food safety, and proactive partner support. You ensure that our robotics solutions integrate smoothly into each customer’s daily operations while maintaining high service standards. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to share operational insights and drive continuous improvement, ensuring both technical performance and customer satisfaction.

Your Daily Business

  • Operate, prepare, and maintain robotic food units on‑site at customer locations.
  • Ensure daily system readiness, smooth operation, and hygiene compliance.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and manage routine maintenance.
  • Handle backend tasks, including container handling and stock coordination.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer partners — ensuring professional communication and proactive support.
  • Capture and report insights, feedback, and improvement opportunities to internal teams.

Base Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in food production, service operations, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with machinery, automated systems, or technical processes.
  • Strong attention to hygiene, food safety, and operational detail.
  • Professional, service‑oriented communication style.
  • Fluent in German (required); English proficiency a plus.
  • A proactive, dependable, and structured approach to fieldwork.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food tech, automation, or robotics operations.
  • Interest in technology, customer success, or partner management.
  • Comfort in fast‑paced, feedback‑driven environments.
