Our client is a famous international Bank located in Kirchberg in Luxembourg. They are offering a Client Support Officer within External Wealth Managers assignement of 6 months (until maximum 1 year)

Context

Our department is a dedicated team composed of Relationship Managers and a Client Support Team, providing services to professional partners. The Client Support Officers are responsible for administrative support and follow-up for our partners and their end clients.

Our mission is to deliver comprehensive custody and execution services, including credit solutions, digital tools, and daily banking activities.

The department operates through two closely connected teams :

  • Relationship Managers: responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business partners.
  • Client Support Team: provides administrative and operational support in collaboration with Relationship Managers.

Your Role and Daily Responsibilities

As a Client Support Officer, your main tasks include :

  • Managing cash and securities transfers
  • Performing call-backs to validate transfer instructions
  • Daily monitoring of accounts (corporate actions, cash balances, etc.), including execution of FX orders
  • Handling daily banking activities (credit cards, etc.)
  • Managing account openings and closures
  • Applying pre-agreed pricing grids
  • Recording data in the CRM system and archiving client instructions
  • Supporting account opening and closing processes
  • Performing monitoring and controls related to risk management
  • Participating in workshops to improve processes

Work Environment

You join a small, collaborative team of Relationship Managers and Client Support Officers. Your main interactions is with Relationship Managers, but you also have direct contact with partners and end clients (e.g., for call-backs related to transfers). Additionally, you liaise with various internal departments.

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational banking or financial environment (Back/Middle Office or Front support) is an asset
  • Minimum Bac +2 diploma or equivalent

Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of operational processes and risk/compliance requirements

  • Good command of English
