YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Clienteling Manager, and part of Central Europe team, you will be a true ambassador for Maison CELINE. You will contribute to enhancing client experience in store and out of store, with the objective of supporting sales. You will be integrated into the management team of the store and present in the sales area to drive the clienteling agenda. You are responsible for management and customer development in accordance with the codes of Maison CELINE.

Job Responsibilities

Client Development

  • Review client portfolios for each store and propose a development plan for all clients.
  • Create and update a top client book and propose the relevant action plans based on each client’s profile and potential.
  • Animate the KYC program with each sales advisor.
  • Support the team in offering personalized special attention and unique experiences to VIC/VVIC. Monitor the special attention budget and report to Central.
  • Analyze store clienteling performance indicators, monitor client segment evolution, and propose relevant action plans to Store Manager.

Private Client Relations

  • Identify and recruit high‑potential clients for your market by attending events and leveraging your own portfolio.
  • Identify new partners and develop existing ones to create experiences and increase brand exposure.
  • Couture Animation: in partnership with regional clienteling, animate the ambassadors’ community to empower them, identify, recruit and develop couture clients, follow‑up on transactions and increase business.

Store Events and Animation

  • Design client experiences according to local occasions.
  • Consolidate regional client list for HQ for all client experiences opportunities (fashion shows, regional events, store openings) and facilitate virtual bridges.
  • Support team preparation to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Review conversion, ROI and report feedback.
  • Propose and implement client animations based on the key regional event calendar for the year.

Team Development

  • Identify training needs and participate in trainings: clienteling topics and specific needs.
  • Share best practices among team members and across stores.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to identify areas of improvement in clienteling, setting individual objectives and monitoring both qualitative and quantitative results.
