How you can make a difference

  • Application training, clinical support for sales activities of Area Sales Manager.
  • Clinical support of distributors in application activities (staff training, clinical trials in hospitals, support in teaching strategies and competitor analysis).
  • Comply with mandatory training and attend local and abroad training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfil the role effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Europe Sales Director, clinical and BU marketing teams and distributor teams to develop innovative activities to achieve sales targets, allowing Hamilton Medical to gain market share and differentiate from its competitors.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team and customer service department to ensure that products meet customers' needs and lead to successful market implementation according to Hamilton Medical strategy.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with KOLS and strategically important clinical and economic stakeholders.
  • Communication and implementation of the global education program (CEW etc.) according to Hamilton objectives and with monthly action plans and new lead generation.
  • Monitor and analysis of market (competitors) and competitive market trends.
  • Provide feedback to product and sales team to guide prioritisation and definition of product enhancement related to successes, problems, bugs, wishes etc.
  • Escalation of product issues to document them and suggest product improvement.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels, both clinical and economic stakeholders to develop tailored solutions which maximise Hamilton Medical’s market gain potential.
  • Assess distributor clinical teams’ knowledge on Hamilton products, generate customised training programmes to suit the requirements for the distributor and their market they represent. Maintain records of training and assessments conducted.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, activities, and strategies in the market. Report back to the company with market intelligence on a quarterly basis.
  • Support specialised clinical training events set up by Hamilton Medical as required.
  • Frequent communication with sales teams to identify gaps and grow teams’ knowledge base.
  • Support local research requirements with Hamilton Medical KOL network.
  • Utilise and comply by using Hamilton Medical’s CRM system.

That’s what you bring along

  • Graduate from Medical School / University / Medicine degree preferably specialisation in intensive care with experience in ICU. Or graduate nurse and experienced as ICU nurse or ventilation practitioner.
  • Fluent English, verbal and written communication (C1), additional languages such as German, Spanish, French, Italian and Russian are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Competency with advanced Microsoft package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (internationally and nationally).
