We are known for our holistic, relationship‑based, and play‑centered therapy approach, following developmental models like DIR / Floortime. Our mission is to empower children and families while nurturing growth, connection, and emotional well‑being.
We are continuously expanding our team and are currently hiring:
- Clinical Child Psychologists
- Licensed Psychotherapists (able to work in Germany)
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech and Language Therapists
Current Vacancy: Clinical Child Psychologist / Psychotherapist
What You’ll Do
- Therapeutic Work: Provide individual and family‑based psychological therapy for children aged 2–15. Focus areas often include developmental challenges, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, social skills, and attachment‑based issues.
- Developmental Focus: Apply relationship‑based, play‑based models such as DIR / Floortime to foster emotional and developmental growth.
- Assessments: Conduct psychological assessments and developmental screenings as needed.
- Family Support: Engage, coach, and collaborate with parents and caregivers as part of each child’s therapeutic journey.
- Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Participate in regular weekly supervision and team case discussions with other psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech / language therapists.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and assessment reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Psychology (Master’s or Doctorate level).
- Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist or Psychological Psychotherapist with eligibility to practice in Germany (e.g., approbation or equivalent).
- Experience working with young children and families, ideally with ages 2 to 15.
- Familiarity with developmental models such as DIR / Floortime, play therapy, or other child‑centered approaches (or willingness to learn).
- English fluency (our client base is international).
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and genuine passion for child development and family‑centered work.

- Full‑Time Position: 40 hours per week, with a balance between clinical work (28 hours) and time for documentation, supervision, and team meetings (12 hours).
- Paid Internship Opportunity in Spain: New team members may also choose to complete a 3‑month paid internship at our affiliated site in Spain, focusing on hands‑on training in developmental therapy models.
- Ongoing Supervision: Weekly individual and group supervision sessions plus staff meetings for professional growth and peer support.
