Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full‑time, 100% office‑based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Trial Management team in Munich. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Support to Clinical Trial Management Team members (Directors, Clinical Trial Managers, Project Coordinators)
• Provide day to day departmental support activities as necessary. Examples include shipping, filing, managing inventory and orders
• Coordinate and provide minutes for departmental meetings/conference calls
• Schedule appointments, set up events, make travel arrangements as necessary
• Maintain database/spreadsheets/files as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary
• Support other departments on ad hoc projects
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school degree
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in German & English
• Experience in administrative roles is beneficial
