Overview
Are you a Cloud Engineer or System Administrator ready to make an impact on large-scale cloud infrastructure projects? We're a top-tier managed cloud provider delivering scalable infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and a VMware-NetApp-based private cloud. We're seeking a Cloud Engineer who’s passionate about delivering custom cloud solutions and maintaining highly available, modern environments. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll work on enterprise-level projects using the latest cloud technologies — with continuous opportunities to expand your skills and expertise. Our team of around 70 professionals is driven by a shared mission: to build reliable cloud platforms that empower organizations to lead digitally. Our infrastructure supports clients ranging from major corporations like VW, E.ON, and GLS Bank to well-known publishers and agile, mid-sized enterprises.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with a skilled team of cloud engineers and systems admins to design and maintain robust IT environments.
- Build and operate infrastructure on both our private cloud platform and Microsoft Azure, using tailored solutions for each client.
- Embrace DevOps principles — using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines as part of an Infrastructure-as-Code approach.
- Manage complex, business-critical infrastructures and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 reliability.
- Get hands-on experience with the cloud platforms used by some of Germany’s largest and most innovative companies — in a fast-moving tech environment where your voice is heard.
- Continuously improve your cloud skillset, with development opportunities in Kubernetes, Azure, and beyond.
- Work using agile methods including sprints, dailies, retrospectives, and Kanban boards.
- Thrive in a culture of knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and learning. We work on-site three days per week, with two days remote.
