Your role and responsibilities

This role is designed for students who are looking to gain professional experience while pursuing their education.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist with projects: You will contribute to various projects and tasks, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to different aspects of the business. This will help you develop a deeper understanding of the company's operations and goals.
• Learn from professionals: You will have the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced professionals, gaining insight into their roles and responsibilities. This will help you build your skills and knowledge in a real‑world setting.
• Support teams: You will assist teams with various tasks and projects, developing your teamwork and communication skills. This will give you a chance to collaborate with others and contribute to the success of the team.

What You Can Expect from work & study

• Financial independence from day one – with an attractive salary

  1st year: €1,950 gross/month

  2nd year: €2,544 gross/month

  3rd year: €2,818 gross/month

• An employment contract with a 38‑hour workweek, including 10 hours dedicated to university studies.
• Master studies at a recommended German university of your choice offering part‑time studies (e.g., ESB Reutlingen, HECTOR School/KIT, FOM and others).
• Full coverage of tuition and semester fees, plus travel expenses to your university.
• State‑of‑the‑art equipment, such as a MacBook, iPhone & more.
• Personalized development through hands‑on training, job shadowing, and career coaching.
• Master’s thesis in collaboration with your department, ensuring a seamless link between theory and practice.

• Passion for Automation, especially Application Integration.
• Good knowledge of German (at least C1 proficiency), Maths and English.

• You are known for your dedication and commitment.
• You like to take on responsibility, get involved and have fun doing so.
• You are characterised by your communication and teamwork skills.
• You have experience with at least one cloud platform.
