We are looking for several experienced cloud solution architects to support our division in designing and optimizing cloud architectures.

Your tasks

• Developing and establishing cloud architecture solutions that are in line with strategy
  • Creating, deriving, and implementing concepts
• Derive and formulate architecture goals based on the DRV Bund's cloud strategy
  • Be responsible for and carry out the included coordination processes within the department and across departments
• Analyzing and evaluating established measures
• Continuously verifying the selected cloud architecture with regard to the architecture lifecycle and technological developments in the market
• Documenting architecture solutions and monitoring compliance with architecture standards
• Cross-interface collaboration with internal and external process participants.
• Cross-organization consulting on cloud solutions and cloud strategies.
  • Including migration and integration.
• Preparing and following up on meetings and technical committees, as well as participating in and organizing working groups

Your profile

• A university degree (bachelor's, diploma) in IT or an equivalent qualification, for example as a business administrator, or completed vocational training in IT with several years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field
• Knowledge of network architectures, security concepts, databases, and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• You have experience with cloud architectures.
• Ideally, knowledge of multi- and hybrid cloud architectures.
• The position requires fluent written and spoken German
• An independent, structured approach to work, good analytical and conceptual skills, and the ability to work in a team, including strong communication skills, round off your profile
