We are supporting a well esteemed client of ours searching for a Cloud Solution Architect in Germany for a 12 month extendable contract.

Job Description

A key technical resource for customers in Germany on the MS Teams platform.
Lead proactive technical trainings and workshops to provide expert technical guidance in line with industry best practices.
Develop customer relationships, drive innovative solutions & product adoption.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, leading the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using the Microsoft Teams Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Teams Phone rollouts, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans.
• Hands-on experience with Teams integrations with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID to ensure seamless collaboration and identity management.
• Exposure to complex troubleshooting Teams-related issues, including voice, video, meetings, and chat.
• Support and maintain hybrid deployments involving on-premises and cloud-based Teams infrastructure.
• Provide guidance on Skype for Business Server coexistence and migration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Teams solutions align with business needs and security policies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
