Your key responsibilities include:
**Assistance to our guests in the Club Lounge**
during breakfast, snacks and evening service
**Preparation and presentation of food and beverages**
according to brand standards
**Ensuring cleanliness, order**
and a welcoming ambience in the lounge
**Personal guest service**
with a focus on individual wishes and
**VIP support**
Close cooperation with kitchen, stewarding and Club Lounge Guest Experience team
Support of the Guest Experience Team if necessary, e.g. in the event of sick or holiday replacements
**Be able.**
Initial experience in the field of service or gastronomy, ideally in the hotel industry
Enjoyment of guest contact and high-quality service
Team spirit, reliability and an eye for detail
Good knowledge of German and English
Willingness to work flexible hours (early/late shifts, weekends)
