CNC Service Engineer -EU Citizen ONLY

Role Description

Provide dealer support based on machine maintenance knowledge and be responsible for the development and support of dealers in the European market. Aim to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen dealer sales capabilities by providing technical support and regular training. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in the maintenance and repair of CNC machining centers.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and circuits drawings.
• Knowledge of the English language in speech and writing B1 or upper level.
• Experience in providing customer training and technical support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automation systems and PLC programming is an advantage.
• Hands‑on CNC Machining Center operation experience is an advantage.
