Das Unternehmen vertreibt ausgewählte Markenprodukte imB2C- und B2B-Onlinehandel , über

Amazon FBA ,Shopify und weitere etablierte Plattformen.

Angelus Capital verantwortet das operative Fundament – unsere Partner bringen Kapital und Marktwissen.

Angelus Capital übernimmt:

• Wareneinkauf & Lieferantenmanagement
• Lagerung, Logistik & Fulfillment (inkl. Amazon FBA)
• Produktmanagement & Pricing
• Plattform-Betreuung (Amazon, Shopify, Otto, etc.)
• Buchhaltung, Controlling & Reporting
• Rechts- & Compliance-Struktur

Co-Investoren & Marketing-Partner übernehmen:

• Mitgestaltung der Marketing- und Wachstumskonzepte
• Unterstützung bei Branding, Social Media & Performance-Kampagnen
