Commercial Asset Manager

• Independent management of a regional contract and real estate portfolio
• Comprehensive support throughout the contract lifecycle: analysis, evaluation and strategic development to optimally exploit value creation potential.
• Development and implementation of object-specific strategies for location optimization
• Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify trends and opportunities
• Preparation of decision-making documents for the management and the group board (e.g. contract extensions)
• Create and continuously optimize business analyses, business plans and target/actual analyses.
• Coordination of internal specialist departments as well as external service providers and partners
• Active participation in the design of CapEx, conversion and maintenance measures
• Contact person for key accounts, contractual partners and investors

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of real estate management, business administration or a comparable qualification (e.g. real estate economist, real estate specialist)
• Several years of professional experience in asset management, ideally in a commercial environment
• Sound knowledge of the German real estate market and commercial tenancy law
• Strong analytical skills, coupled with a solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills and strong presentation skills
• Structured and independent work style with strong implementation skills
• Enjoyment of open communication, teamwork and collaborative exchange
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), good English skills
• Willingness to travel
