What You’ll Do

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a way meaningful to business teams.
• Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements. Advise colleagues on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
• Understand the context of customers and internal requests, and address issues from their perspective.
• Triage heavy workflow, set priorities with internal clients, and deliver results efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.
• Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Knowledge of data privacy and experience handling data privacy questions when negotiating Data Processing Agreements.
• Fluency in German or French (written and verbal).
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe with a demonstrated record of success as a lawyer.
• Business-friendly style with understanding that the legal team supports business growth and success.
• Ability to structure, draft and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems.
