YOUR TASKS

• Own & optimize distribution strategy across all third-party online channels, with a strong focus on reducing distribution costs and driving demand towards branded web platforms
• Analyze channel performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and long-term portfolio performance
• Steer channel mix, inventory allocation & rate integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal positioning across all platforms
• Manage distribution tools & platforms, including channel managers, rate parity tools, and OTA systems, ensuring seamless functionality and connectivity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Systems, and IT to align distribution strategies with business objectives and budget expectations
• Support forecasting & budgeting processes, including commission cost planning
• Lead distribution onboarding for new hotel openings, coordinating system connectivity, channel setup, and contract implementation
• Act as internal distribution expert, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement across processes and performance

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue, Distribution, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing within the hotel industry
• Strong understanding of OTA ecosystems, channel connectivity, third-party providers, and distribution cost structures
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial data and translate it into strategic decisions
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Revenue Management Systems and payment solutions is an advantage
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
