If this is your profile...

• You completed a commercial vocational training, ideally including further training in HR
• You have work experience in commercial administration
• You work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner
• You demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and a focus on customer service
• You have sound knowledge of German
• You are well-versed in common Microsoft Office applications

… then this is your job!

• You are responsible for maintaining and managing personnel master data and for supporting your colleagues in absence management
• You support in creating certificates, contracts, and reference letters
• You support in preparing overviews and evaluations
• You are responsible for personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding of employees as well as in case of personnel changes
• You take part in organizing and following up on training programs
• Additionally, you can contribute to projects related to continuous process optimization
