Als operatives Bindeglied zwischen Brand Management, Sales und Brand Impact unterstützt Du den Rollout sämtlicher Marketingmaßnahmen in Central Europe und stellst eine professionelle, termingerechte Umsetzung sicher.**Deine Aufgaben*** **Kampagnen- & Materiallokalisierung:** Koordination von Übersetzungen und Marktadaptionen für Kampagnen und Marketingmaterialien; Sicherstellung von Timings und vorgegebener Budgets.* **Launch Support:** Operative Unterstützung von Produkteinführungen (Asset-Readiness, Rollout-Planung, Marktanpassungen, Abstimmung mit Brand Managern).* **Sales Enablement:** Entwicklung, Adaption und Pflege von Sales-Tools (z. B. Präsentationen, One-Pager, Argumentationshilfen) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Brand Management und Sales.* **Print & Marketing Collateral:** Koordination von Printmaterialien wie Broschüren, Flyern und Katalogen – von Briefing über Produktion bis Verfügbarkeit im Markt.* **Rollout-Koordination:** Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung regionaler Marketingmaßnahmen über alle relevanten Kanäle hinweg.* **Logistische & administrative Unterstützung:** Organisation von Bestellungen, Timelines, Budgets, Abstimmungen und Follow-ups mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.**Dein Profil*** Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Kommunikation oder ein Bachelorstudium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft o. Ä.* Erste Berufserfahrung im Marketingumfeld (z. B. durch Berufseinstieg, Traineeship, Werkstudium oder relevante Praktika)* Routine in Koordination, Umsetzung und Projektmanagement mit mehreren Stakeholdern* Hohes Maß an Struktur, Zuverlässigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität* Gutes Gespür für markenkonsistente Inhalte und professionelle Marketingmaterialien* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse* Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, andere Funktionen erfolgreich zu unterstützen**Das erwartet Dich bei Össur**Wir sind kein typisch deutsches Unternehmen.
