We are looking for a Commercial Regional Sourcing Manager to join us as a key driver of strategic sourcing across Europe. In this role, you’ll shape sourcing plans, manage supplier relationships, and lead negotiations that deliver real value across a diverse set of corporate services categories including facilities, general services, marketing, HR, and professional services.

Managing a multimillion‑euro budget, you’ll partner with stakeholders across multiple departments and senior leadership to optimise cost, quality, and efficiency while ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support regional and local sourcing strategies
• Run end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay activities and drive process improvements
• Manage competitive bidding, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable savings
• Build strong supplier partnerships and support diverse supplier development
• Conduct market analysis and industry benchmarking
• Influence stakeholders to align with sourcing strategy and best practices
• Support global sourcing projects when needed

Skills and experience

• Proven buying experience (indirect or direct categories) ideally multi‑country.
• Strong negotiation, sourcing strategy, and contract management skills.
• Proven project and change management capabilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Fluency in English and German. French is also a plus.
• Willingness to travel 15–20%.
