  • We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as Sales Manager .
  • As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) within your assigned region.
  • Your role will involve developing new business opportunities and securing orders from adjacent industries.
  • You will prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers, you will ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
  • Represent our company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to execute regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Business Development : Develop new business opportunities and secure orders from adjacent industries.
  • Contract Negotiation : Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Management : Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
  • Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
