What You’ll Do
Business Partnership
- Proactively manage commercial business relationships and partnerships
- Build strong relationships with members of the Country Leadership Team
- Support country performance for profitable growth
- Ensure real‑time support and improved insights into business performance for informed decision‑making
- Provide decision support for commercial deals, pricing actions, and investment opportunities
- Develop strong business and commercial understanding through direct relationships with customers and business units
- Assess and advise on appropriate actions to manage business and financial risks and communicate impacts effectively
- Lead or support the development of business cases
Analytics
- Provide insights into business performance for responsible areas and deliver high‑quality commentary for monthly reporting requirements
- Lead business partner support for annual profit plans and monthly forecasts in collaboration with Country Leadership Teams
- Special focus on margin and profitability analysis
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and propose financial solutions for business challenges while maintaining governance and financial controls
- Continuously improve tools for better business insights
- Prioritise competing demands and proactively manage stakeholder expectations
- Lead projects, applying business acumen and commercial awareness to achieve company goals
- Co‑ordinate financial support for Country and Zone Leadership Teams on ad‑hoc projects and requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor‑Abschluss Business Administration oder gleichwertige kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Aufbauweiterbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre FP&A‑ oder Business‑Partnering‑Erfahrung
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial education with advanced training
- At least 5 years of FP&A or business partnering experience
- Continuous Process Improvement
