Preparing food for our restaurant, bar, and banquet areas according to our recipes and guidelines, and plating with great attention to detail
Preparing the mise-en-place
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
**What Weu2019re Looking for in You:**
Ideally, a completed training as a chef
Passion for cooking
Excellent teamwork skills and a keen eye for detail
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen processes
Guest-oriented approach
Ability to remain calm under pressure, even with incorrect orders or special requests
HACCP is familiar to you, and maintaining a hygienic working environment is second nature to you
