Your key responsibilities include:

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with first class service
• Set up and present orders according to our standards 
• Support the mise-en-place preparation for room service 
• Communicate professionally and kindly with our international guests 
• Assist with special requests and forward concerns to the appropriate colleagues 
• Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations

Be able.

• Ideally, you've gained first experience in service or room service – career changers are welcome 
• You're motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a team 
• You have an eye for detail and a strong service mindset 
• You speak German or English – additional languages are a plus 
• You're eager to grow and become part of an international hotel team
