Our Project Services business operates in both in the new-build and retrofit markets and within this division our Ship Electrification Solution teams deliver electrical and automation systems across many development projects. This is where you come in As a Commissioning Coordinator (m/f/d), you will ensure the safe, efficient and compliant commissioning of projects from completion to operational readiness and therefore you will be a key player in the delivery of our projects.

What will you be doing?
As a Commissioning Coordinator (m/f/d), you focus on the end-to-end processes of commissioning management. From order processing and monitoring resource availability, to booking documentation and reviewing compliance with quality, time, and cost targets, you contribute to ensuring that all commissioning orders are managed effectively.

Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan work orders according to contract and project requirements as well as quality, health, safety and environmental and cost targets
• Plan and prepare the necessary work, resources, suppliers, spare parts for the implementation of service orders
• Ensure that the work is executed accordingly Wärtsilä quality, health, safety and environmental guidelines and internal processes
• Plan activities, costs and time schedule for the work order
• Act as person for internal / external customers during the work order
• Ensure customer satisfaction in all activities
• Ensure internal systems are updated
• Ensure work order costs and time schedule with commissioning managers
• Ensure work order spare parts with Project- and Spare part department
• Ensure work order Service Work Reports and Commissioning Reports in the system

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Formal qualification in business administration or commercial management
• Working knowledge of installation, operation, maintenance and repair in the field of marine technology or power plant technology would be an advance
• Awareness of cost and effectiveness, and the impact you can have on this
• Customer focused and process development attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Demonstrable negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and reliable to take responsibility of, and drive, your actions
• Team player who engages and collaborates with others to deliver results
• Proficient in German and English, both written and verbal

Als Inbetriebnahme - Koordinator (m/w/d) konzentrieren Sie sich auf die durchgängigen Prozesse des Inbetriebnahme-Managements. Von der Auftragsbearbeitung, über die Überwachung der Ressourcensicherstellung, Buchungsdokumentation bis hin zur Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Qualität, Zeit und Kosten tragen Sie dazu bei, dass alle Inbetriebnahme-Aufträge effektiv verwaltet werden.

Ihre Arbeit wird sich auf diese Aufgaben konzentrieren:

• Koordination und Planung von Arbeitsaufträgen gemäß Vertrags- und Projektanforderungen sowie unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Gesundheits-, Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Kostenzielen
• Sicherstellung, dass die Arbeiten gemäß den Qualitäts-, Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards sowie den internen Prozessen von Wärtsilä ausgeführt werden
• Planung von Aktivitäten, Kosten und Zeitplan für den Arbeitsauftrag
• Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Kunden während der Durchführung des Arbeitsauftrags
• Nachverfolgung und Berichterstattung über den Status des Arbeitsauftrags an den Projektleiter
• Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit bei allen Aktivitäten
• Aktualisierung der internen Systeme
• Abstimmung der Kosten und des Zeitplans des Arbeitsauftrags mit den Inbetriebnahmeleitern
• Abstimmung der Ersatzteile für den Arbeitsauftrag mit der Ersatzteilabteilung
• Sicherstellung, dass Service- und Inbetriebnahmeberichte zum Arbeitsauftrag im System hinterlegt sind

Um in dieser Funktion erfolgreich zu sein, erwarten wir von Ihnen:

• Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Installation, Betrieb, Wartung und Reparatur in der elektrischen Schiffstechnik oder Kraftwerkstechnik wären von Vorteil
• Bewusstsein für Kosten und Effektivität und den Einfluss, den Sie darauf haben können
• Kundenorientierte und prozessorientierte Einstellung
• Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Nachweisbares Verhandlungs- und Überzeugungsgeschick
• Eigenmotivation und Zuverlässigkeit, um Verantwortung für Ihr Handeln zu übernehmen und es voranzutreiben
• Teamplayer, der mit anderen zusammenarbeitet, um Ergebnisse zu erzielen
• Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
