Tasks

• Trading & Sales: Sell and trade construction materials across the DACH market. You’ll build and manage customer relationships, negotiate pricing and volumes, and take full ownership of deals from lead generation to closing. Your focus will be on driving profitable transactions in a fast-paced, margin-sensitive environment.
• Market & Strategy: Track market trends, pricing, and demand across various regions. You’ll run competitive analyses, identify trading opportunities, and contribute to our buying and selling strategies with real-time insights.
• Operational Execution: Ensure smooth end-to-end execution of trades — from order processing and logistics coordination to invoicing and delivery follow-up. You'll collaborate closely with the Ops and Finance teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Team & Culture: We’re building a high-performing, entrepreneurial team. You’ll contribute to its growth by bringing energy, curiosity, and a hands‑on mindset. As we grow, so will your role — fast.
