This role ensures a unified, professional, and proactive communication strategy across all corporate channels and teams. It includes media relations, content development, internal communications support, and strategic messaging to support ALSO's brand and growth initiatives.

• Establish a unified brand voice across all ALSO corporate channels.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate PR and communications strategy.
• Strengthen ALSO's visibility and credibility through strategic media engagement.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement.
• Provide compelling content and messaging for campaigns, leadership, and corporate initiatives.
• Monitor public sentiment and media coverage to inform communication strategy.
• Ensure consistent and impactful communication around key events by developing tailored event communication kits.

Key Areas:

• Public Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content.
  • Review and support press releases drafted by local teams before distribution.
  • Monitor media coverage and manage press reporting and sentiment analysis.
• Corporate Communications
  • Support European Marketing Managers in crafting unified stories and copy blocks for ALSO's own topics, growth areas, platforms, and services.
  • Support internal communications and executive messaging.
• Content & Campaigns
  • Develop content for press releases.
  • Fully manage the company blog.
  • Support the creation of social media copy kits.
  • Develop event communication kits
• Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track media coverage and public sentiment.
  • Conduct social listening and social monitoring to inform communication strategy

• Proven experience in communications and public relations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor public sentiment and media coverage.
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive PR and communication strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and work with a cross‑functional team.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Knowledge of the IT Channel is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
