Community Manager (f/m/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

To support our Social Media team we are searching for a Community Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build, grow, and manage our online community across all social media channels, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned presence at every touchpoint
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies across all platforms to drive participation, loyalty, and long-term brand advocacy
  • Monitor and actively manage conversations across all social channels, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with influencer marketing, customer experience, and customer care teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives across channels
  • Track, analyze, and report on social sentiment across all social media channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and sharing actionable insights with internal teams
  • Identify, nurture, and maintain relationships with key community members, customers, and talents, while establishing best practices and clear protocols for potential crisis management across platforms

WHO YOU ARE

  • Advanced studies and practical experience in Social Media, Literature or Marketing with previous experience working in the fashion or beauty industry
  • Fluency in English required
  • Excellent analytic, reporting and presentation skills are a must
  • Superb communication skills with an open and positive attitude
  • High affinity for high-end fashion as well as online media
  • You are a team-oriented and efficient with a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in platforms and dedicated tools that streamline and enhance interactions across multiple channels
