Community Manager- Mobile Games- Germany (€Competitive)

To apply: Ref - . A young studio with a start-up spirit seek a dynamic community manager to help realise their ambitious vision for their existing and upcoming mobile games.

Responsibilities

• Grow, engage, and moderate our community across platforms (Discord, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging video, image, and text content using AI tools and creative suites
• Handle player inquiries and support tickets with empathy and efficiency
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute community campaigns or announcements
• Gather and report player feedback to help guide future updates and improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or player support
• Strong communication, empathy, and content creation skills
• Familiarity with online community dynamics and platform moderation tools
• Experience using creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, NanoBanana, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
• Passion for mobile and casual games
