Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Analyst - Onboarding & KYC, based in Berlin. The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for managing customer onboarding and maintaining Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory requirements. The role will involve reviewing and analyzing documentation, performing compliance checks, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations. Additionally, the analyst will support the development and implementation of compliance processes and assist the team in conducting internal audits and compliance reporting. QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Regulatory Compliance and AuditingProficiency in Analytical Skills and attention to detailExcellent Communication skills in both written and spoken formsBackground in Finance or familiarity with financial instruments and practicesAbility to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience in the cryptocurrency or digital assets industry is a plusFluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous
