Im Auftrag eines etablierten Business-Aviation-Betreibers mit kommerziellem Charterbetrieb (AOC), angebundener Approved Training Organisation (ATO) sowie Simulatorbetrieb suchen wir einen erfahrenen Compliance Monitoring Manager (m/w/d) .

In dieser Schlüsselposition übernimmst Du die übergreifende Verantwortung für Compliance und Monitoring in einem integrierten AOC–ATO–Simulator-Umfeld .

Deine Rolle

Du stellstsicher, dass alle luftfahrtrechtlichen Anforderungen eingehalten werden, entwickelst das Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) weiter und berichtest direkt an den Accountable Manager .

Deine Aufgaben – kompakt & klar

• Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance Monitoring Systems (CMS)
• Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von:
  • internen Audits & Compliance-Checks
  • Follow-ups und Wirksamkeitsprüfungen
• Erstellung und Überwachung von Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Behörden-, Kunden- und Partneraudits
• Zentrale Schnittstelle zur Luftfahrtbehörde und EASA

Compliance-Schwerpunkte:

• AOC / Flugbetrieb: Flight Ops, Crew Training & Checking, FTL, Operations Manuals
• ATO: Trainingsprogramme, Instructor- & Examiner-Qualifikationen, ATO Manuals
• Simulatorbetrieb (FSTD): Betrieb, Training, Dokumentation & Schnittstellenmanagement

Dein Profil

• Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Luftfahrt, Technik, Training oder Management
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Compliance-, Audit- oder Qualitätsmanagement der Luftfahrt
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in:
  • EASA Part-OPS (CAT/NCC)
  • Part-ORO, Part-ATO
  • Part-CAMO von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im AOC- und/oder ATO-Umfeld zwingend erforderlich
• Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsstark, verantwortungsbewusst und kommunikationssicher
• Sehr gute Deutsch- undEnglischkenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft für Audits und Simulatorbesuche

Compliance. Oversight. Accountability.

On behalf of an established Business Aviation operator with commercial charter operations (AOC), an approved ATO , and in-house simulator operations, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager (m/f/d) to join the management team in Dortmund .

This is a key role within an integrated AOC–ATO–Simulator environment , reporting directly to the Accountable Manager .

Your Role

You will own and continuously develop the Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) , ensuring full regulatory compliance across flight operations, training, and simulator activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Compliance Monitoring System (CMS)
• Plan, perform, and document internal audits and compliance checks
• Track findings, assess effectiveness, and manage Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
• Prepare for and support authority, customer, and partner audits
• Act as the main interface with the aviation authority and EASA

Compliance scope includes:

• AOC / Flight Operations: Flight Ops, crew training & checking, FTL, operations manuals
• ATO: Training programmes, instructor & examiner qualifications, ATO manuals
• Simulator Operations (FSTD): Training delivery, documentation, and interfaces

Your Profile

• Background in aviation, engineering, training, or management
• Several years of experience in aviation compliance, audit, or quality management
• Strong knowledge of:
  • ESEA Part-OPS (CAT/NCC)
  • Part-ORO and Part-ATO
  • Part-CAMO knowledge is an advantage
• Mandatory experience in an AOC and/or ATO environment
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• High level of accountability and confidence in dealing with stakeholders
• Very good German &English skills (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel occasionally (audits, simulator sites)
