Confirmed Billing Assistant (M/F/X)

Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, an international Law and Tax firm, a Billing Assistant (M/F/X ), to join the billing department of the company.

Status : Permanent contract.

Location : Luxembourg

Your Responsibilities:

• Producing, overseeing, and disseminating monthly proforma invoices.
• Examining proforma invoices, conducting reconciliation, and executing client instructions.
• Assessing draft bills in collaboration with Billing Partners.
• Refining and dispatching bills after receiving approvals;
• Supplying analysis for Work in Progress (WIP).

Your profile:

• A high school diploma is a prerequisite, and completion of college courses in accounting is advantageous.
• Between 2 to 5 years of similar experience is required, in a law or tax firm or a big4 or a fiduciary.
• Proficiency in adhering to standard filing procedures is essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Specialized knowledge in E-billing platforms.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of relevant accounts payable/general ledger systems, financial chart of accounts, and corporate procedures.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills with a focus on precision.
• Approaches tasks with a methodical and results-oriented mindset.
• Exhibits excellent communication and writing skills.
• Fosters a positive team spirit and collaborates effectively.
