• Recording and administration of construction orders as well as support with necessary order increases and budget adjustments
• Creation and maintenance of construction projects in the SAP system
• Monitoring warranty management, processing and checking invoices
• Application for business partner numbers as well as rebookings and subsequent authorizations
• Communication and coordination with external companies
• Monthly review and reconciliation of costs and provisions in coordination with the Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)
• Interdisciplinary cooperation, in particular with Technical Real Estate Management
• Successfully completed commercial training or business studies
• Industry knowledge in the construction or real estate industry is desirable
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Good understanding of figures and costs
• VOB knowledge and experience in contract law are an advantage
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills
