Construction Manager CSA (m/f/d)

Are you interested in contributing to significant high-tech construction projects in the data center industry and taking your first steps into site management? Then you've come to the right place! As a Construction Supervisor CSA – Data Center (m/f/d), you will support the construction management team in the execution of complex EPC projects and take responsibility for supervising civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works on site.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Support construction management of high-tech data center projects within CSA (civil, structural, and architectural works)
• Supervision of construction activities on site with regard to quality, schedule, and workmanship
• Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors and support in managing construction workflows
• Participation in site inspections, acceptance tests, and coordination meetings
• Documentation of construction progress and support in reporting to construction management
• Recording defects and tracking defect resolution in coordination with subcontractors and site management
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations on site

Show your expertise

• Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master’s or technician qualification) or a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in construction supervision, site execution, or internships on construction sites is a plus
• Interest in data center, industrial, or plant construction projects, especially CSA trades
• Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards
• Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to work on-site during project assignments
• Willingness to work in shift systems if required by the project
• Team spirit, willingness to learn, and a structured, independent working style
• Good German and English skills for communication in an international project environment
• Valid German driver’s license Class B
