Lead and manage construction sites ensuring seamless execution of steel construction projects.
Supervise the installation alignment and assembly of steel structures in compliance with engineering specifications.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers and trade teams to maintain project timelines and quality.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and quality control measures in line with German regulations.
Ensure strict adherence to DIN and ISO standards throughout all phases of construction.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and progress reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for site‑level communication with clients, engineers and project stakeholders.

Anabin H recognized degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in steel construction or structural site management.
German language proficiency at B2 or C1 level (mandatory for site operations and client interactions).
Proven experience working with DIN and ISO standards in construction environments.
In‑depth knowledge of steel fabrication, erection techniques, welding standards and load‑bearing structural systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and drive safety‑first practices on site.
Willingness to work full‑time in NRW, Germany with flexibility for on‑site presence as required.
