Construction Site Administrator

A leading international main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support operations on a major construction project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high‑performing team delivering complex builds across Europe, emphasising quality, safety, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the site team, including document control, reporting, and record‑keeping
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth site operations
• Maintain site registers, induction records, and health & safety documentation
• Support logistics coordination, deliveries, and site access procedures
• Assist with timesheets, expenses, and general office duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a construction site administration / document control role is essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• German language skills are preferred but not essential
• EU work eligibility and willingness to work on‑site in Germany
