Consultant Corporate Business Procedures (f/m/d) – ZRG
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Corporate Business Procedures Consultant (f/m/d) at Siemens Energy, you play a key role in shaping how internal business is conducted worldwide, ensuring compliance, consistency, and alignment with the overall interest of the company. In this role, you operate at the core of Siemens Energy’s governance framework, supporting the governance, application, and continuous development of the Corporate Business Procedures (ZRG) published in the Siemens Energy Webbook. You collaborate closely with Governance Owners, corporate expert functions, and business units to ensure ZRG rules are clearly defined, correctly interpreted, and consistently applied across regions, business areas, and legal entities. You gain deep insights into Siemens Energy’s internal business models, cross‑border constellations, and regulatory framework. Acting as a trusted advisor, you translate complex governance rules into practical guidance, balancing legal compliance, risk mitigation, and business efficiency.
