Responsibilities

• Spearhead Innovative Cybersecurity Solutions: Drive groundbreaking technical solutions and projects, ensuring robust protection of digital assets in various environments
• Conduct Comprehensive Security Assessments: Perform thorough assessments and devise robust protection mechanisms against potential threats
• Lead in Key Cybersecurity Domains: Take charge of identity management, architecture, operations, and compliance, shaping clients' cybersecurity landscapes
• Establish Effective Cybersecurity Teams: Set up teams to navigate challenges and refine business models, fostering cybersecurity resilience
• Provide Regulatory Compliance Guidance: Offer counsel on compliance and align strategies with internal governance, ensuring comprehensive cybersecurity
• Develop Data-Driven Solutions: Use advanced technologies for cybersecurity resilience and conduct digital forensics investigations

Qualifications

• Education:
  • Outstanding academic background (Master’s/Ph. D./MBA from a top business school or equivalent experience), specializing in cyber security, computer science, data science or a related field
• Experience & skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in at least one domain of cyber security is a must, and consulting background is a benefit
  • Experience with common IT security tools and processes
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, virtualization or containerization (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMWare, Docker, etc.)
  • Understanding of relevant standards, legislation or frameworks (e.g., BSI baseline protection, EU GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework) is a plus
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CySA+, CASP+, CompTIA, OSCP) or knowledge of IEC 62443 is helpful
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial approach
  • Exposure to international environments during your professional journey, studies, or internships
• Ways of working: High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach
• Languages: Fluent in English (min. C1), German is a plus
