Consultant Deal-infused Transformation (f/m/d) – Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Consultant Deal-infused Transformation (f/m/d) to join our Deals division at the earliest possible opportunity.

Your responsibilities

Mission – You will execute our "Transact to Transform" strategy, working on projects that integrate strategic deal with conceptual business transformation advisory.
Value – You will support clients throughout the M&A lifecycle and beyond, creating impact through cost optimization, reorganization, and growth initiatives, and work on all aspects of holistic business transformations, from defining enterprise strategy and business models to designing cross‑functional Operating Models.
Consulting – You will assist clients in preparing for and executing mergers and acquisitions, helping them to realize value potential by transforming their organizational structures, processes, and systems.
Digital – You will utilize data, analytics, and advanced technologies to create competitive advantages for our clients.
Interaction – You will engage with top management and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to build trust and deliver sustainable value.

Your profile

You have completed your studies in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
You have gained initial professional experience in consulting or industry, preferably in deal advisory, business transformation, or related areas.
You possess knowledge of the deal lifecycle, business models, operating models, E2E processes, or data management, and an affinity for innovation, digital solutions such as automation and AI.
You have advanced communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills, and a strong problem‑solving mindset with an eye for detail and a high sense of quality.
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, and are willing to travel.
