Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the complexities of functional safety, ensuring that they comply with industry standards and best practices.

As a Consultant in Functional Safety at Mindshift to Excellence, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the safety and reliability of automotive systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the complexities of functional safety, ensuring that they comply with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising Clients: Provide expert guidance to our customers on functional safety in the automotive environment, helping them understand and implement necessary safety measures.
• Standard Compliance: Assist clients in navigating and adhering to essential automotive standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, and Cyber Security, ensuring that their processes meet regulatory requirements.
• Process Implementation Support: Collaborate with customers to support the effective implementation of processes related to functional safety, enhancing their operational efficiency and safety practices.
• Technical Analysis: Conduct thorough technical analyses including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA), and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D-FMEA) to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process descriptions, and training materials, to facilitate understanding and adherence to functional safety protocols within client organizations.
