You advise the customer on a technical level during the implementation of KIX and configure possible customizations according to the customer's wishes.
You ensure the best possible support for your customer by being available as a contact person, answering questions, administering the system and initiating updates.
To ensure that your customer uses the full potential of our product, you will conduct workshops and training sessions at the customer's site.
Internally, you will work closely with software development, support, sales, and the project manager.
You will document the technical implementation throughout the project.
You have a degree in computer science or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, you are a career changer (m/f/d) with a high affinity for IT and initial experience.
You have basic knowledge of Linux, SQL and web technologies as well as process design and modeling (UML, BPMN).
You are solution-oriented, communicative and enjoy working with people.
You have a very good command of German and English, enjoy communicating technical knowledge and are willing to travel (approx. 15%).
