Key Responsibilities

• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
• Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key Requirements / What we hope you bring

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in management consulting
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Solid understanding of financial services, including key industry trends, regulatory challenges, and competitive dynamics is a plus
• Your willingness and ability to perform on a wide range of projects with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
