We are looking forward to meeting YOU!**Responsibilities*** Execution of consulting and implementation projects related to the PowerHaus ERP software* Analysis of existing administrative and accounting processes in condominium (WEG) and rental management, including the derivation of optimized workflows* Planning and implementation of software rollouts, including professional and technical support* Delivery of user trainings, workshops, and software courses – both remotely and on site* Support in setting up legally compliant accounting and billing processes* Ongoing support and consulting for existing customers to ensure optimal use of PowerHaus* Contribution to the further development of consulting standards, documentation, and knowledge building**Profile*** Completed vocational training or degree in real estate management, business administration, or a similar field* Good knowledge of processes in condominium (WEG) and rental management, ideally combined with experience in accounting or billing* Experience with ERP, SaaS, or property management software is desirable* Analytical thinking and a structured working approach for evaluating and optimizing processes* Strong communication skills and confident appearance in trainings and customer meetings* Experience in planning, controlling, and coordinating tasks or projects* Willingness to travel (40–60%)* Excellent German skills**What we offer:*** 30 days of vacation plus days off on December 24th and 31st* Work-life balance through flexible and mobile working* Future-oriented workplace in the growing IT solutions sector on a stable foundation* Opportunities for personal development through individual training and further education* Company bike (JobRad) for work and leisureWe value a working environment where diversity and flexibility are valued, working in partnership and supporting each other as a team is a matter of course, and learning is perceived as an opportunity.
