• In your role as Consultant HR SuccessFactors, you manage implementations and coordinate external providers
• You take up requirements from HR departments and advise key users with your expertise
• Together with an interdisciplinary team, you contribute to successful cross-system projects
• You ensure continuous improvement and professional design of services in your area
• By monitoring the SuccessFactors roadmap, you advise customers on future developments
• You actively shape processes that make HR systems more efficient and user-friendly

• Qualification: You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field Experience: You bring proven experience in designing and customizing SuccessFactors solutions
• Know-how and skills : You have an in-depth understanding of HR business processes and strong analytical skills
• Nice to have : Knowledge of project management methods and experience in cross-system integrations
• Personality : Your open and trustworthy nature, team spirit and structured way of working make you stand out
• Laguage skills: You communicate confidently in German and English at all levels
