As a Consultant, you bring 1–2 years of solid, practical experience in data handling or CRM systems. You’ll shape the digital future of our clients by optimizing core business processes through innovative automation. This role focuses on rapid skill acquisition, hands‑on implementation, and building a robust foundation in data‑driven decision‑making and modern CRM platforms.

Your mission

As part of our consulting teams, you will be active in the following key areas:

• CRM Management & Salesforce: Analyze, design, and implement solutions in the CRM environment, focusing on automation and extending the Salesforce platform.
• Business Process Excellence: Capture, model, and optimize complex business processes to increase efficiency and value creation.
• Integrate End‑to‑End (E2E): Implement processes across entire system landscapes.
• Future Technologies: Apply concepts of AI to develop smart solutions for our clients.
• Data‑Driven Consulting: Use data analysis to derive recommendations for strategic direction while ensuring highest data quality.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent with focus on IT/Digitalization.
• Process Understanding: Strong grasp of business processes and ability to question and document them.
• CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce as consultant or developer.
• Communication, analytical thinking, motivation to learn, teamwork.
