Consultant Restructuring (all humans)

Overview

Provide hands‑on Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring advice to clients, helping them address complex business challenges to drive significant performance improvement and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis, opportunity identification, financial planning and short‑term cash flow forecasting.
• Concept development: communicate complex issues and develop actionable solutions across strategic, operational and financial domains.
• Hands‑on consulting: coordinate with client senior management, deliver C‑level presentations and maintain empathic collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, industrial engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 1 year of proven consulting experience (restructuring, performance improvement, value creation, private equity or related areas).
• Functional expertise in operations (production, procurement, sales) and/or finance (business planning, cash flow forecasting, controlling).
• Industry experience in logistics, automotive, manufacturing, e‑commerce, construction or industrial services preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; hands‑on approach to project execution.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, international and team‑oriented environment.
