Responsibilities

• As Junior Consultant SAP HCM, you support clients in the implementation of SAP HCM and migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Handle topics such as payroll, time management, and related systems.
• Customize the system and train key users.
• Capture client requirements and assess feasibility.
• Develop concepts and implement them with SAP.
• Help clients optimize and evolve their processes, showing them new possibilities.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in consulting for SAP HCM (OM, PA, PY, PT).
• Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors.
• Experience in customizing, schemas, and rules.
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form.
