In your role you will:

• Showcase customer‑orientated service by promptly handling inquiries and ensuring reliable solution delivery.
• Maintain structured oversight of support tickets and change requests, keeping track of budget, scope, and quality.
• Leverage strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP to support clients.
• Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams, delivering clear, effective messaging.
• Provide trustworthy, quick assistance to customers, prioritizing their needs.
• Identify and propose expansion opportunities, recommending solutions from the E2E portfolio.
• Communicate confidently in German and engage with international colleagues in English.

To be successful you should have:

• A passion for customer engagement and the ability to coordinate solutions competently.
• A structured, effective work approach that keeps complex tasks under control.
• Fundamental knowledge of ERP, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between customers and teams.
• A trustworthy personality that delivers rapid, reliable support.
• An innovative mindset to proactively highlight expansion opportunities for clients.
• Very good German and a pleasure to collaborate in an international environment.
• Autonomy in choosing where and when you work to fit your team and schedule.
