Location: Germany (flexible), on-site with clients in Germany & occasionally Italy

Travelling: 50–80% depending on project

About the Roles

At P3, curiosity, innovation and ownership define how we work. We are expanding our Charging & New Energy team and are looking for new colleagues across multiple seniority levels—from consultants to technical and strategic project leads. As part of this team, you will support leading companies in developing and scaling e‑mobility and charging solutions, combining technical insight with strategic thinking. You take responsibility early, contribute your ideas and drive initiatives that shape the future of mobility.

What You’ll Do

Consulting for companies and public institutions in e‑mobility, charging infrastructure and new energy
Analysis of technical requirements and development of concepts for charging infrastructure projects
Conducting market and technology analyses and company assessments
Preparation and delivery of workshops and customer presentations
Support in tenders, project management and implementation of technical solutions
Strategic tasks (for senior/expert roles): market analyses, business cases, scaling strategies, regulatory assessments, due diligence and roadmap development

Who You Are

German and English at C1 level
Previous professional/project experience with a focus on e‑mobility, charging infrastructure or new energy (bidirectional charging, vehicle‑to‑grid...)
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Economics, Business Administration with technical focus or similar
Analytical, structured, communicative and confident in front of stakeholders
Understanding of electrotechnical systems (AC/DC charging, IEC 61851, ISO 15118) and IT systems/digital solutions in e‑mobility; deep expertise for senior/expert roles
Interest in technological and strategic trends in e‑mobility and new energy
Willingness to travel frequently and work on‑site with customers
